Microsoft Teams DECT integration via SIP Gateway

Update 25th July 2022: Spectralink are now certified supported for Microsoft Teams DECT: Spectralink DECT handsets Microsoft Teams now supported with Teams SIP Gateway

Announced this week at Enterprise Connect, Microsoft is adding support for a number of digital enhanced cordless telecommunications (DECT) devices for Microsoft Teams. These will register via Microsoft’s native SIP gateway.

This will be available by the end of June on the following compatible handset models from Spectralink, Ascom and Poly. Yealink and Gigaset handsets will follow by September

Spectralink (IP-DECT 200/400/6500/Virtual IP-DECT, handsets 72xx/75xx/76xx/77xx)

Ascom (IP-DECT Access Points IPBSx, Gateway IPBL, Virtual Appliance IPVM, handsets d43/d63/d81/d83/Myco3)

There is no additional charge/licence to use Microsoft Teams SIP Gateway.
