You can use this web page to input your Microsoft Teams Meeting ID and Passcode to join a Microsoft Teams meeting: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/join-a-meeting

 

Microsoft has added numeric meeting ID and alphanumeric passcode to Microsoft Teams meetings. This allows you to easily share just the number and passcode (a bit like a password) for people to join the meeting. Useful for scenarios where sharing the URL might be tricky.

Someone joining can enter this number in the Teams client if they have the client, under the Calendar Tab

Or, if they don’t have the Teams client, they can simply enter it at https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-teams/join-a-meeting and join the meeting by downloading the Teams or in the Terms web app.
