I recommend you check these CQD reports out, there is a lot of value in them. If you are interested in further into your session quality performance and usage, Modality Systems (full disclosure, I work at Modality and on this product) has a Diagnostics product that takes all this data into PowerBI and allows you to drill down from region to site to subnet to the individual user. If you are interested to find out more or want a demo just let me know.
