Following on from IT Pro focused Enabling Teamwork with Microsoft Teams edX course, Microsoft has released another edX course, Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist. Both courses are free to take, but you do have to pay $99 if you want a digital certificate of completion.
In the Microsoft Service Adoption Specialist introductory course you will learn the six critical elements of driving adoption of your Microsoft cloud services to deliver value to your company. This course is applicable to any size company and uses Office 365 and Microsoft Teams as the example service to create real-world scenarios.
