LifeSize have been adding a lot of fixes and features in their latest firmware releases. Here is how to upgrade the firmware. The process is basically the same across the range.
Note you will need to be under support with LifeSize to get access to the latest firmware, and unfortunately they will charge you a recertification fee if you fall out of support and want to be covered again.
Log onto your LifeSize unit to get the serial number (blurred for security reasons). You can also get this from the units physical label.

Download the latest firmware build.
Note this relates specifically to the model *and* serial number, you have to download the build per unit, i.e. don’t download one image for all your units (there is an additional server product to do this in larger environments).
