That brings us up to 10 countries that Microsoft offer user phone numbers/service for Skype for Business Online and Microsoft Teams.
Canada has the same typical per user plans:
• 120 minute Domestic Calling Plan
• 240 minute Domestic Calling Plan
• 3000 minute Domestic Calling Plan
• 600 minutes for International calls (if you have purchased the Domestic & International Calling Plan)
Interestingly calls between US and Canada are also treated as domestic calls, not international calls. In the initial Microsoft blog post, it was stated that minutes can pool across Canada and the US. This is incorrect. Pooling of minutes is by both SKU and country. Minutes are not shared across countries. This has now been corrected on their blog.
