Calendly gets Microsoft Teams integration, and it’s free!

Calendly is a service I’ve used for a long time. It’s a simple online service to share a webpage for people to book meetings with you and it sync’s with your calendar to only offer slots that you have available.

It works with your Office 365, Google or iCloud calendar. I did play with Microsoft Bookings for a while but came back to Calendly.

One of the gaps I had was that Calendly could also schedule Zoom and GoToMeeting meetings, but not Microsoft Teams. Now they have added Microsoft Teams, and it’s even available on the completely free tier of their service.

Just sign up to Calendly with your Office 365 account, which connects your calendar and connects Microsoft Teams.

It schedules with your Microsoft Teams account, which means it inherits your policies, PSTN dial-in, and if you have it, cloud video interop.

  • Excited for this! I’ve had to schedule new meeting so the link would be added. Had looked at Bookings as a result. Setup, linked but not seeing the links going through. I’ll give it 24 hours.
