AudioCodes C450HD IP Phone now certified for Microsoft Teams

Congratulations to AudioCodes who have passed Microsoft Teams certification for their C450HD IP Phone.

  • Native Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business support
  • Single-click switch over between Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business
  • Graphical 5” colour TFT screen (1280 x 720) with multi-lingual support
  • Touch screen user interface enabling up to 8 programmable keys
  • 8 line, 8 concurrent calls per line
  • Gb Ethernet support
  • 2 x USB headset support
  • Bluetooth headset and optional Wi-Fi support (available in the USA, Canada, the European Union, Switzerland and Israel, and requires a specific CPN with a “BW” suffix)
  • Expansion module support

I’m intrigued with if/how the 8 line appeances can work with Teams. I’m guessing the above feature list might be a mix of features supported on either SfB or Teams “mode/firmware”.

I’ve asked AudioCodes for a sample unit to test and will do a blog once I’ve done some testing. Subscribe to the blog for an email summary of new posts and news.

If you have any specific questions or scenarios you want me to test let me know.
