I’m excited to be again speaking at Microsoft Ignite. This year I’m doing a community session on Skype for Business Cloud PBX in the real world.

Skype for Business Cloud PBX has been available globally for over a year now, so we’ve had some real-world customer deployments and hands-on experience. In this session, we cover all the Skype for Business deployment models, from 100% cloud, to hybrid, to 100% on premises. We explain how cloud features like PSTN Calling, PSTN Conferencing, Auto Attendants, Call Queues, and Reporting work with customer stories and examples. The aim of the session is to answer all of your Cloud PBX questions and help you understand the features and abilities of Skype for Business Cloud PBX.
