Org Auto Attendant, Skype Room Systems and Meeting Migration Service Training from Skype Academy

The Skype Operations Framework and Skype Academy team are doing a great job of keeping the content coming. Their latest training, open to everyone is for Cloud PBX Org Auto Attendant, Skype Room Systems, and Meeting Migration Services, as well as addressing a popular question for PSTN Conferencing.

In summary, the current plan is as follows:

  • Today: Preview for North America available.
  • December 2016: Preview for Europe & Asia available.
  • January & February 2017: Additional features released into preview including Speech Recognition.
  • March 2017: General availability of Auto Attendant and Call Queues.
