Hi
We are trying to upgrade from 1.3.8 but are having issues.
Our systems says the below for Get-CsHybridPSTNAppliance:
RegistrationStatus : RegisteredAndFailed
Status : None
Version :
and when we try run Install-CcAppliance -Upgrade we get a failure with the message:
“The current running version of Cloud Connector could not be determined”
Any idea on how to continue?
